Instant Mac & Cheese




{Quick Mac & Cheese}

My Healthier version of Mac & Cheese. Can be made within a few minutes with just a few  ingredients. 


1 cup cooked Macaroni
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbspn rice flour
1/2 tbspn butter(I used herbed) or olive oil 
1-2 tbspn Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8 cup fresh peas blanched
1/8 cup sweetcorn blanched
Or any vegetable of your choice.

In a MW safe bowl add in milk and rice flour and mix well. Add herbed butter, grated cheese,  salt & pepper and mix. Add in the vegetable and macaroni. Spinkle some cheese on top. MW for 3-4 min.

Tadda it's ready. If you are really hungry it will serve only you 😀 or serves 2.
