Oats Ice Cream

 Easy Oats Ice Cream

Very basic recipe with ingredients probably available in every kitchen.... No whipping cream used. The results may not be very fancy but it will surely bring smiles on their families faces. 

RECIPE

Serves: 4

Prep time: 5 minutes 

Cook time: 5 minutes 

Tools Needed: Sauce Pan, freezer safe container.


INGREDIENTS 


500 ml full fat milk

3 tablespoons Everest Badam milk Powder

3 tablespoons Oats powder

2-3 tablespoons Sugar (optional)


METHOD:

Take almond milk powder and Oats powder and mix with 1/4 cup milk until lumpfree. 

Now pour the mixture with remaining.

I used homemade badam milk powder.

Add Sugar to the mixture.

In a heavy bottom pan add milk mixture and heat for 3-4 minutes or until sugar dissolves completely.

Remove from heat and cool.

Pour in an airtight container and cover with cling wrap and cover with lid.

Keep in freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight.

Relish this slightly sweet, easy, yummy ice cream any time of the day.

Decorate with cherries or fruits.
