RECIPE

Serves: 3-4
Prep time: 2 minutes 
Bake time: 17 minutes 
Tools needed: Baking tray, Mixing bowl


INGREDIENTS 

Mixed nuts

1. Walnuts 1 cup
2. Almond 1/2 cup
3. Cashew nuts 1/2 cup
4. Golden raisins 1/4 cup
5. Pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup

Seasoning mix

6. Groundnut oil 2 1/2 tbsp
7. Salt as per taste
8. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
9. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
10. Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
11. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
12. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
13. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp


METHOD

Take all nuts of your choice in a bowl.

Preheat oven @150°CAdd 2 tablespoons oil and salt. Mix well.

Spread on a baking tray. Bake for 7-10 minutes.

                                                 

Remove from oven, put inside the same bowl we used earlier. 

Add remaining oil, all the spices and masalas as the per the ingredients list. 

Toss everything together and put inside the oven.

This time only for 5-7 minutes.

Remember to cool them completely so they very crunchy.
