Yields- 14-16 cookies

Tools: deep kadai, baking tray, mixing bowl
INGREDIENTS
Instant oats 1 cup
Oats flour 1/2 cup
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Rock salt a pinch
Bananas 2
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Choco chips 2 tbsp
Flax seeds 2 tbsp
Keep things ready, soften butter and roast flax seeds.
In a mixing bowl, mash butter, bananas and brown sugar.
Add dry ingredients to the mixture.
Add flax seeds and choco chips as well.
Combine evrything to make a stiff dough.
Divide dough in even sized balls. Arrange on a baking tray.
Place a deep pan on heat with a steel stand. cover with a lid and preheat on low for 5 minutes.
Keep the tray with cookies in preheated pan, over the steel stand.
Flip the cookies after 7 minutes and cover and bake for 3-4 minutes.
Cookies are ready to enjoy as your tea time snack.
Tips: Preheating is very important to get good cookies. These cookies get soft the next day, you can rebake for few minutes before eating. Refrigerate and eat within 8-10 days for best taste. Freeze and enjoy within 1or 2 months.
