Ragi and Jowar nankatai in coconut oil
Ragi flour : 150 g
Jowar flour : 50 g
Wheat flour : 50 g
Coconut oil : 125 g
Gur powder : 125 g
Baking powder : 1/4 tsp
Cardamom & nutmeg pwd mix : 1/2 tsp.
Whisk oil and gur till soft and smooth.
Then add all other ingredients and mix.
Add few tablespoons of milk if required.
Roll and cut in your prefered shape and bake on 160C for 20-25 min.
