Drinking tea is a morning ritual in most homes. It is when people plan for the day ahead or discuss important issues, while sipping on their hot cups of tea. But when sometimes we are out of milk for some reason, we don't have to compromise on our special tea time. Here's a Masala tea recipe without Milk.
I remember when I was a kid I would always woke up in morning with the slight overhearing of chitchat, my parents made during having their morning tea.
It was the time when they planned for the day ahead and what they will prepare for tiffin to carry at work. Sometimes it was a very serious family matter, that they would discuss. So the morning tea IS, WAS and WILL be of that much importance.
I am never, much of a tea drinker myself, I mean I am not addicted to tea, I can live without it, but after marriage, I realized that my dearest husband's bowel movements were totally depended on "hot cup of tea" ☕😜
But sometimes it happens that due to some reason, we are out of milk or the milk has gone bad and we do not have the time to go and get milk from the store. This happens to me some times.
So I knew, that in hotels it is very common to use milk powder for tea. I tried a few proportions and I got the correct compoaition to get the closest version of the normal milk tea.
So here it is for you all to try.
