Sorghum is a gluten free flour, its healthy, nutritious and fiber rich. A single roti made from sorghum flour keeps your stomach full for a longer time and hence is found good for people who are wanting to loose weight or are simply focusing on eating clean and healthy.
But not all can make rotis from this flour as it is a little difficult to handle it, many a times the roti crumbles or remains undercooked.
Adding finely grated lauki/bottle gourd helped in binding the dough. It not only became a little easier to make rotis, but also they became more fiber rich and nutritious.
