Home made Pumpkin Puree for Cakes and Bakes
RECIPE
Tools Needed: Oven, Mixer jar
INGREDIENTS
1. 250 grams Pumpkin
2. 1 teaspoon oil for greasing
METHOD
Clean and slice pumpkin. Place in a greased tray.
Bake in a preheated oven @190°C for 30 minutes or more until they are soft. Do a knife test and check. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Put all the cooked pumpkin pieces into a spice jar and make a smooth paste.
This is done. Remove this in a glass container and use in your baked recipes as required.
