Wheat flour one bowl pizz
If you can make a healthy pizza in just 5 minutes..... Will you wait for your pizza order to arrive for 20 minutes...
And believe me this is yummier than the store bought one....

In an MW safe bowl whisk together 1/2 cup whole wheat flour with 1/4 cup milk, a tablespoon or two of garlic n herbed butter (I am a big fan of amul flavoured butter😋) u can use olive oil instead. Add 1/4 tsp of baking powder, pinch of salt and pepper and whisk (Add less salt as butter and cheese are also salty)...now u may add your favourite grated cheese, around 2 tbspns of it. Mix everything well and smooth the surface. This should be a thick batter... spread some pizza sauce on top. Spread veggies of your choice. I added peas, sweet corn and sliced cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and also sprinkle some pizza seasoning...
Bake in MW till the surface looks firm and the cheese has melted. It may get cooked in 3 minutes (depending on your MW)so keep checking after every minute.
Notes; take a large bowl keep 3/4 room for the mixture to rise so that it doesn't spill.
